Brian is a managing director at Clearbrook and heads up Clearbrook’s ventures in Asian markets with focus in Korea’s financial advisory services, structured finance, and institutional sales. Prior to joining Clearbrook, he was a managing partner at New Horizon Partners, where he advised Korean conglomerates such as Samsung and KT and other top 100 companies. Prior to joining New Horizon Partners, he served as a managing director at one of the oldest M&A firms in Korea called Frontier M&A Co. At Frontier, he was responsible for sourcing deals, analyzing target companies, implementing strategies, and financing deals in Asian markets. Prior to joining Frontier, he worked for H-Plus Holdings, which is the affiliated company of GS Group, the 6th largest organization in Korea. At H-Plus, he was a general manager of new business development team. He was responsible for market research, evaluation, due diligence, and investment process. Prior to GS, he served as a senior investment consultant at Nemo Partners, the largest consulting firm in Korea. He was a team manager of mid-sized projects, and successfully managed a wide range of consulting projects for large Korean entities. Brian received his BBA and MBA from Yonsei University.
