Philip Ting is a Managing Director at Clearbrook and advises on strategic partnerships in Asia, in particular China, Taiwan and Malaysia. Prior to joining Clearbrook, Philip’s focus and experience has been on business strategy, mergers and acquisition, and business development of local and international companies. Select engagements include fund raising for large scale solar IPPs, geothermal IPP, advisory on oil and gas trading and financing and establishing joint ventures for prime property development projects in Malaysia.
Philip is also the founder of several tech startups and focuses on the vision and execution of company direction by fostering strategic partnerships in Asia.
Philip graduated from Nottingham University with a LLB (Honours) and a Masters of Science in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics. He has successfully completed CFA level one and is called to the Bar in United Kingdom (Lincoln’s Inn), Malaysia and the state of New York.
